Yes. We require a $100 bond and a $50 deposit to be made on booking.
Your deposit is non refundable. If you change your mind we are more than happy to return your bond however your deposit will be retained due to any potential loss of bookings.
The $100 bond will be returned to you within 3 business days of receiving the equipment back after your booking with no permanent damage.
Yes! We now offer 3 delivery options:
1) DIY: Pick up and drop off yourself from Alfred Cove. Suitable vehicle required. No fee.
2) Drop and run: Drop off and pick up only (no set up or pack down). $60-$90 dependant on location.
3) Full service: Delivery, set up, pack down and pick up. Price ranging from $85-$115 dependant on location.
*Please note that delivery is subject to availability* Contact us to ensure we are available and for your date and an accurate quote prior to booking a delivery.
DIY bookings: Your hire includes the whole day. Saturday bookings can be picked up on the Friday however have to be returned prior to 6pm Saturday. Sunday bookings can be picked up Saturday evening and returned on Monday.
Delivery bookings: Hire period is up to 4 hours between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

You will need a Ute or a large SUV you can put the rear seats down in. The ball pit is 1.3m long and quite wide so will not fit in the boot unless the rear seats are down.
Pickup and drop off is between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm in Alfred Cove. Address will be provided once booking has been confirmed.
Yes. However you need to have adequate shade in the hotter months as the equipment will become too hot for little hands and feet if it is in direct sun.
You must also have a backup indoor plan if rain is forecast. We will not allow the equipment to be hired for outdoor use in wet weather as it is not waterproof and will become slippery if wet.
Yes the equipment is cleaned thoroughly and disinfected with child safe products between each hire.
Yes we are fully covered with public liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of currency to your venue if required.
- It is the hirer's responsibly to ensure the equipment is not in the direct sun or exposed to wet weather
- Outdoor bookings must be on suitable flooring (no gravel, dirt, uneven long grass).
- No dogs or pets are permitted on or near the equipment
- No food or drinks at any time as it can stain the soft play
- No shoes including heels on the foam floor mats
- No face paint, glitter or any other messy play items
- No sharp objects
- Adult supervision at all times
