Delivery pricing

We are very excited to offer convenient delivery and collection services for all of our packages to make your event as stress free as possible.

Delivery Service

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance in kilometres from Mount Richon. 

Full set up, pack down and collection after your event is also included in this cost. 

Our delivery fees are as follows: 

0 to 15kms             ~ $80

15 to 30kms           ~ $100

30 to 45kms           ~ $130

45kms onwards     ~ please contact us for a customised quote.

Please note: Delivery is by enquiry only and subject to availability. If requested, this will be confirmed via email along with timings.

Collection Service

If you would like to collect the equipment yourself, collection is available from our location in Mount Richon. Full collection details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

Important Information

- Please ensure access to your venue is available at the agreed delivery time. 

- Someone will need to be present for setup and pack down unless otherwise arranged.

- Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was provided.
