Equipment Use
- All soft play equipment is designed for children 0 to 5 years only.
- Toddler HQ Party Hire does not provide supervision during the hire period.
- The hirer is responsible for the supervision and safety of all children using the equipment at all times.
Safe Play Rules
- No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects are permitted on the equipment.
- Rough play, pushing or climbing on fences is not permitted.
- No face paint, glitter or any other messy play items is permitted on or near the equipment.
Damage or Loss
- The hirer accepts responsibility for any loss, damage or excessive cleaning required during the hire period and agrees to pay for any damage, loss or theft of equipment at full replacement/repair cost.
- A cleaning fee of $50 will be deducted from your bond if there is excessive dirt, food and marks to be removed from the equipment after hire.
- Strictly no dogs or pets are permitted on/near the equipment.
Liability
- The hirer acknowledges that use of the equipment is at their own risk. Toddler HQ Party Hire will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during the hire period. The hirer is responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use of all equipment.
Hygiene and Germ Transmission:
- All equipment is cleaned and thoroughly disinfected with child safe products between hires, including ball pit balls and foam surfaces.
DIY Pickup:
- If choosing the DIY pickup option - please remember to bring a suitable vehicle (SUV with no car sets and rear seats down, ute or trailer) for pick up and drop off.
- Equipment is to be returned by 6pm Saturday for all Saturday bookings - unless otherwise agreed upon prior.
Payments
- Deposit is non refundable. If you change your mind we are more than happy to return your bond however your deposit will be retained due to any potential loss of bookings.
- Invoice is to be paid in full 10 working days prior to your event.
By booking with Toddler HQ you agree to these terms and conditions. Any failure to adhere can result in a loss of bond and/or further costs to replace any damaged equipment.
